Operating Steps
Preparation: Design pattern and print the image onto the matte side of film in mirror mode.
Sprinkling powder: Sprinkle a layer of hot melt powder on the white ink. Shake off the powder in the blank areas.
Transfer: Put the item with the powder into the heat transfer machine and follow the operation instructions.
Cooling: Take out the item after transfer and place it in a well-ventilated place to cool.
Checking: Check the printing effect after cooling and make adjustments if necessary.
Notes during the use of DTF transfer powder:
A. Suggestions for Baking Temperature and Time of Axlio DTF Adhesive Powder
Temperature: 120℃ - 140℃ / 248℉ - 284℉, Time: 3 minutes - 4 minutes
Attention: A lower temperature and a longer baking time are required.
B. Heat Pressing Temperature and Time
Temperature: 130℃ - 150℃ / 266℉ - 302℉, Time: 10 seconds - 15 seconds
Attention: The heat pressing temperature should be higher than the powder baking temperature.
C. We highly recommend Axlio DTF transfer films. When combined with Axlio DTF powder, it will yield more satisfactory transfer results.
Guide for using DTF products:
Pour DTF ink into the cartridge and dry after printing. For DTF film, it needs to be cleaned, dried, adhered and cured after ink application. Sprinkle DTF powder on the white ink, and then transfer after baking. Be careful of light, heat, steam, etc. and prevent ink from splashing into eyes during use.
