Tips to Avoid Sticky/soft Resin
1.Accurate measuring. Following the correct 1:1 ratio by volume.
2.Mixing resin properly. Mix slowly for at least 3 minutes. Be sure to scrape the sides of your cup for equal mixing.
3.Do not curing in cold temperatures.
4. Do not added too much resin colorant. never add more than 6% of the total combined volume of resin and hardener.
Tips To Prevent Resin Bubbles
1.Warm your resin before casting.using a water bath to warm it
2.Mix resin slowly.
3.Let the resin sit for 5-10 minutes before pouring.
4.Make sure the surface you are pouring your resin in or on is also warm.close to the surface of your piece and pour your resin mixture out slowly.
5.Work in thin layers.we recommend pouring in layers, waiting 3-5 hours in between each layer.
